Apple and Banana Protein Muffin
This particular muffin is very rich in protein because of the powder added to it. People will surely enjoy this because there are great benefits such as more protein provided plus the vitamins and minerals that will be given by the presence of apple and banana. As we all know, these fruits are good for digestion as well as strengthening the immune system of the body. What a great combination plus the wonders of rice isolates give. To do this particular recipe, you should have the following ingredients:

·         4 Tbsp wheat flour
·         1/2 scoop of any desired rice protein powder 2 egg whites
·         1/2 tsp baking powder
·         1/4 cup applesauce
·         1/4 cup milk
·         2 bananas which will be sliced into small bits
·         2 apples which will be sliced into small bits

After completing all of these, you have to mix the wheat flour, egg whites, baking soda and rice powder. Then you can add the applesauce and the milk and mix until it becomes fluffy. Finally add the sliced apple and banana and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. After that, design it will some apple and banana bits and it is ready to serve.
